This company is amazing. I had a problem with boiler. Radiators were not heating enough. I called HeatMe in the evening, and was guaranteed an appointment the next day at 8 am. They came in fixed my boiler. They are quick to respond to the call and solve the issues on the same day. Very good company to use in crisis.

My boiler kept losing pressure so I needed an engineer quick. I phoned HeatMe Plumbers and Vinnie said that he would be there as soon as he has finished the job he was doing. Within an hour he was checking my boiler. With his experience, it did not take long to find out the problem. He then gave me a very reasonable quote and inside an hour or so, my boiler was serviced and working like new. I would highly recommend Vinnie as a friendly, competent, punctual and tidy plumber.

The dreaded 'no hot water' scenario hit us and needed someone to come out asap. It was a work day and 4pm so I was keeping my fingers crossed that I could get through to someone and they could come out straight away. I checked out several local plumbers and decided to call HeatMe Ltd based on their Google reviews. Vinnie and his assistant had just finished a full days work and said he would be over within the hour. Turned up on time and spent 40-50 mins answering my questions. My timer programmer/box was faulty and I decided to get a Nest thermostat fitted along with a new power supply and lead to the water tank and a general boiler service. He also identified another existing problem with our boiler flue which was an amber warning from previous work. We are awaiting his quote on this and a quote for a radiator power flush as well. All of the work was done to the upmost highest standard and Vinnie also took the time to answer my questions on how to work the Nest thermostat. The price was more than acceptable and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending HeatMe Ltd to anyone else.

Vinnie is by far the most qualified, responsive and professional gas safe tradesmen I have engaged so far. I had my boiler replaced involving complete gas piping replacement in a very unusual setup. He came promptly, spent a long time inspecting the whole layout and quoted the best price. He even emailed Vaillant to ensure that his proposed solution worked for them and their warranty. His professionalism and can-do attitude made a lasting impression. While many other Vaillant advance engineers gave up or just didn't bother to come up with a solution, he not only solved it but also explained in detail to me why he was recommending the chosen solution and resolved all my doubts, showing me diagrams and actual calculations which all made a lot of sense. Finally, he completed the work on time, in budget, and even came on a Saturday to perform the final finishing touches and ensure that we are happy with the work. I would recommend him without reservation. Also, he was always courteous and always available on phone and WhatsApp to answer our many mundane questions.
